I WANT TO ORDER AN ITEM FROM WWW.EDOSSWIMWEAR.COM. DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You have two options. You can create an account to revisit again or you can simply use our guest check out option. We would recommend creating a proper account so that you can login and view your details and order information as well as track items that you have purchased more easily.

I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT.

What could be wrong:
1. You have entered the wrong email.
2. The letter may be delayed due to your mail server settings.
3. The email may have fallen into a spam folder.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (preorder or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date. Once shipped you should receive your order within 2-7 business days - delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination. Orders placed Friday afternoon to Sunday will ship out the following business days, excluding holidays.

Preorder: we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.

WILL DUTIES AND TAXES BE APPLIED?

Any Duties & Taxes are based on your location.

Can I change my shipping address?

You will receive your tracking number by email from us once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

We’ll accepts returns of full-priced items in their original condition, tags, hygienic liner intact, and packaging within 14 days from your fulfilment date.  

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Customers are responsible for paying the international return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refunded total. This is part of our GoGreen shipping policy - to reduce the impact we create on our plane.

CAN I RETURN A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

Normal return policy applies for all Pre-order items.

HOW DO I PROCESS MY RETURN?

Returns are only accepted through our courier and returns tracked service, any returns sent back by other means that are lost, delayed, or incur customs charges are not our responsibility.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns can take up to 10 business days after delivered back to us. Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is being processed
