Orders & Shipping

By placing an order you are entering into agreement with our advertised terms of sale.

EDOS orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm.

If your order is placed after 2pm it will be processed the next business day.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express Worldwide Shipping. Please note that sometimes customs delays may occur depending on your location.

When placing an order please ensure that your shipping informations are correctly completed including your phone number to avoid any delays. 

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order will be dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email. Any cancelled orders will be refunded minus any costs included to us for shipping or duties & taxes that we have paid.
